Cimandis supported the Jersey Field Squadron by supplying ingredients to cook their Gurkha Welfare Trust charity curry.
150 people attended the gala dinner at Mount Bingham Barracks to celebrate the launch of a Jersey branch of the charity, The Gurkha Welfare Trust.
Two serving Gurkha chefs prepared the traditional Bhat curry for the event.
Gurkha soldiers have served in the British Armed Forces for the past two hundred years and the charity looks to offer support and assistance to veterans and their families.
Gurkha soldiers, who come from Nepal, are renowned for their extraordinary martial qualities, loyalty, bravery and selfless service.
