Excellence Manager

Cimandis Foodservice is currently looking for an Excellence Manager at our sites on Jersey, Guernsey and Alderney.  As an Excellence Manager you will work as part of the Cimandis Foodservice senior management team.

You’ll implement, administer and enforce all health and safety, food safety and environmental policies, procedures and activities required for the depot to operate in accordance with the laws that govern both depot compliance and quality standards.

You’ll be responsible for maintenance of health and safety, environmental and food safety. You will ensure depot facilities are legal and insurance compliant, in co-ordination with the depot management team and our property management services team.

You’ll deliver excellent customer service and operational standards at all times through maintaining a safe and secure environment, ensuring that all regulations are being followed.

Ideally the suitable candidate will have relevant qualifications to suit the role.

Perpetual Inventory/Stock Control

The Perpetual Inventory/Stock Control role is key to the delivery team within the Cimandis Jersey depot team, as accurate stock allows us to ensure our service to the customer is right first time.

As part of the stock team you will be responsible for the daily stock counts across agreed count groups. You will also carry out investigations and adjustments for any anomalies, identifying damaged products, escalate and monitor all short date, slow moving and at risk stock.  Achievement of targets set in relation to reducing stock loss.  You will also be working closely with the warehouse ensuring all stock is correctly rotated. You will undertake any stock counts that may be required by the Operational Management team.

You will also be responsible for:

- Liaising with other departments internally and externally

- Dealing with quarantines and product recalls.

- Picking customer collect/staff sale orders.

- Answering any e-mail enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have had previous experience in a stock control role or working in a Warehouse environment and will be used to working to targets.

In this role you will require strong numerate skills and a good understanding of using PC’s.

Knowledge of Food Hygiene is desirable but not essential.  Also a full clean driving licence would be desirable.

You will also be a good team player with a can do attitude, who supports our company values.  Must also be able to work alone and use initiative to achieve results and thinking outside of the box.
