Taking advantage of our prime location in the Channel Islands, we are able to source top quality seafood locally and from the UK and deliver to all our customers.  

FISH FILLETS & PORTIONS

We source our fresh fish from sister company, Kingfisher Brixham. They supply quality fresh fish and seafood to the catering industry in the South West. From their premises in Brixham, with a prime coastal position; they source, prepare and deliver fresh and frozen, fish and seafood. Our unique relationship with them allows us premium access to stock and best possible pricing, which we pass on to our customers.

LOCAL FISH & SHELLFISH

We can provide locally sourced Lobsters, Sea Bass, Crabs and hand caught Scallops with all other products sourced from other like-minded companies and independent fishermen.

SEA BASS Sea Bass have a fabulous flavour that stands well on it's own but will also work well with stronger flavours and is popular in Oriental cooking.

TROUT

TUNA Firm, rich red meat and best served seared on the outside and rare in the centre. Works very well on it's own or with Oriental or Mediterranean flavours. Great grilled or pan-fried , but avoid baking otherwise it can dry out.

HADDOCK Related to Cod, but with a slightly sweeter flavour. Excellent for smoking. Established alternative to Cod.

HAKE Highly prized in Spain, Portugal and Italy, but is starting ti become more popular in it's native UK. Great as steaks or supremes with firm flesh when prepared correctly. Try deep fried in tempura!

MACKEREL  Superb fish but oddly underrated. Rich in Omega-3. Best served with a sharp sauce or marinated in citrus juice. Also book for smoking and making pate.

PLAICE Best eaten as fresh as possible. It has a pronounced flavour as lemon sole, but takes sauces very well. Cooked on the bone or filleted.

POLLOCK A great tasting fish, which is white with a slight beige tint and a more muted flavour than Cod.

SALMON Once a luxury, it is now one of the most affordable and favourite types of fish on the menu. Served as steaks or supreme, it can be cooked in various ways and suits many flavours and recipies. Also is excellent served cold in the summer.
